Service Description

Team sessions aim to work on team performance and cohesion. These sessions focus on but are not limited to: - Leadership development - Effective communication - How to maximize your role within the team to help reach team goals - How to develop a mental warm-up to prep your mind for competition and reach flow more often - Develop the focus and mindset to win critical moments in the game Sessions comprise meeting with an accredited mental performance consultant consistently to improve performance and team dynamics.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us no later than 24 hours before your session for all cancellations. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the session or missed sessions will be fully charged. Thank you.
